Cute items, delivery could improve

I ordered a Sac à Dos Itabag and some Autocollants Manga. The bag is really well made and the stickers are adorable, just as pictured. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was simple. My package took 12 days to arrive in California, which felt a bit long. I also wish there were more detailed sizing charts for the clothing items, even though I didn't buy any this time. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of the products, but faster shipping would make it a perfect experience.

Are these products generally good quality? Like, are the clothes gonna fall apart after a wash or two? Vs Kokopie or YesStyle quality.

I've bought a few things from them, and so far, the quality has been pretty decent. Not high-end, but definitely better than some of the super cheap stuff you find elsewhere. Holds up in the wash if you follow instructions.

definitely better than yesstyle for the clothes, i'd say. the fabric feels a bit thicker. my lolita dress still looks great after a few wears. kokopie i haven't tried so can't compare there.

Yeah, I'd definitely size up. I got a 'large' hoodie last month and it fit more like a US medium, maybe even a small. Always check the size charts though, they usually have them.

i think it depends on the item. i got a skirt that was pretty true to size, but the tops are def on the smaller side. better safe than sorry, just measure yourself!

For Paris, it's usually pretty quick since they're a French store. I got my last order in about 5-7 business days, give or take. You can track it too, which helps.

mine was closer to a week, maybe a bit more. depends on when you order, i guess. sometimes things get held up at customs or whatever, but generally fast for france.
